R.I.P. Eric Tadla (EnMass)

    Heute hat mir Randy Boyer diese Mail geschickt:

    "Hey Felix,

    I¹m sorry to be writing you this letter, but I have some extremely bad news to share with you. My production partner of over 8 years, and great friend Eric Tadla past away this past Saturday night. He was the other half of EnMass and one of the greatest musicians I have ever met. We composed over 60 songs together, and shared a beautiful 8 years. I am still in shock. As hard as this is, I know it¹s my obligation to let you know. Eric was a great person, with a huge heart and always escaped from life by making music, and I know that he would want to have his music to live on, which I know it will. Please feel free to pass this information along to anyone you think should know. I wish you the best in these tough times. Keep in touch.

    Ohje... so alt war der doch noch gar nicht. Vorallem hinterlässt er ja, neben seiner Frau, ein Kind. :(
    Ebenso ist es schade, weil er und Randy Boyer so ein tolles Team abgegeben haben. Ich hätte mich über weitere 60 Stücke gefreut...

    Es ist zwar so schon hart wenn jemand stirbt aber dann noch Frau und Kinder zu Hinterlassen ist einfach zu hart :(

    Er hatte einen Sohn, Aden. Hat auch einen Track der von ihm inspiriert wurde geschrieben, hier ein paar Infos von Randy Boyer dazu:

    My other favorite is "Adens Dream". This tune isn’t out yet, and probably won’t be for a while. It will be coming out on Flashover maybe late summer / fall. Eric named this tune as well, and the melody is absolutely beautiful. It's named after his child Aden, and he wrote the main melody when he was watching him sleep, and he was very curious on what he was dreaming about, but was sure it was beautiful, so this one means a lot, that name had to stay. Adens Dream is a really great tune, kind of reminds me of Kyau & Albert - Kiksu, and that was one of my favorite songs of 2007.

    Sorry, das war etwas unsensibel. Den Smiley setz ich so gut wie immer zu meinem Kürzel, aber hier ist es echt unpassend! Da habt ihr absolut Recht.

    Ich kannte ihn nicht persönlich, aber seine Musik müsste fast jedem Freund der gepflegten Trancemusik ein Begriff sein. Das ist ein tragisches Unglück, wenn jemand so früh aus dem Leben scheidet!

    Ja, er hat wirklich einige sehr gute Sachen rausgebracht. Enmass - CQ hat mich lange Zeit begleitet. Stemcell ebenfalls.

    Aber es ist natürlich vor allem auch ungeahndet der Musik traurig. Er lässt Frau und Kind zurück...

    Eric war wohl krank... es wird spekuliert, dass Stücke wie "Alive" schon geschrieben wurden, als er wusste, wie es um ihn steht...
    Aber wie gesagt, ich habe keine Ahnung ob das stimmt, hört sich aber schlüssig an!
