Ich weiß nicht ob man Pioneer noch ernstnehmen kann, aber das hier ist ja mal der Oberhammer. Und zwar geht es um einen Controller und gleichzeitig um eine erneute DJ Software.

Serato Into & Serato Itch verschmelzen oder Serato Itch fällt raus (Sehr Schade). Wer schon einmal mit Serato gearbeitet hat, weiß wie Stabil und übersichtlich diese Software ist. Hinzu kommt noch die einfache Handhabung der Einstellung und dessen Plug & Play Prinzip. Damals hat mich die VCI 300 mit Serato Itch sehr überraschen und mich gezwungen meine damaligen Pioneer CDJ 800 MK1 zu verkaufen. Serato lief und lief und lief.
Was ist Neu?
Serato Itch fällt weg und Serato DJ kommt. Serato Intro wird zur abgespeckten Serato DJ Version. Diese kann dann auf Serato DJ für 199€ geupdated werden. (kannte man damals von Traktor LE & Pro)
Für Leute die selbstvertändlich einen Itch-Controller haben wie zb. eine Vestax VCI 300 haben die möglichkeit das Update kostenlos zu bekommen.

Pioneer DDJ SX
Ich selbst bin noch vom Pioneer XDJ Aero angetan aber auch dieser wäre eine Alternative. Als ich das Gerät sah, dachte ich an Numark. Weil das Design da einfach übereinstimmt.
Die Pads erinnern an die kürzlich erschiene VCI 380 von Vestax.
Der Controller besitzt zwei große Jogwheels mit je einem Mittel-Display.
Der Controller unterstützt das Mixing mit 4 Decks.
Ein Vorteil den man nicht vergessen darf. Ein sehr sehr langer Pitchfader ist mit am Bord. Stripsearch und auch 2 Effektsektion können benutzt werden.
Der Mixer kann auch als Standalone-Mixer verwendet werden und es gibt pro Kanalzug einen Color HP & LP-Filter, welcher auch von der DJM Serie bekannt ist. Und auch eine Peakanzeige pro Kanal ist mit dabei.
Auslieferung soll der 1. November sein. Infos zum Test folgen noch.

Slip Mode

Slicer
Chop sections of your tracks up and re-arrange on the fly. The Slicer cuts a section of your track into 8 pieces, which can be triggered creatively with the 8 performance pads.
