Over the past number of years, Markus has become one of the most popular and in-demand names across the DJ tour circuit. He has touched the hearts of many, with his unique blend of bassline-driven trance reaching fans across all five continents. Despite differing languages and cultures, his music and passion has united the world. In an attempt to describe his affection for the fans, and the cities which he is proud to play, he has created a new dimension to his performances, unifying the live experience with radio.
Welcome to the concept of the Markus Schulz World Tour. Markus' ethos of the World Tour is simple - to provide a platform for clubbers to showcase a united voice, emanating from the best clubs, arenas and festivals, to a worldwide listening audience each month. Every World Tour recording is eagerly anticipated by the chosen city's conglomerate of fans, wishing to claim the accolade of being the loudest and most passionate audience. Consequently, these gigs are among the most discussed around the world, not just by the clubbers who attend the events in person, but also by the listeners through online and radio mediums.

Ich denke, ich werde mir die CD auch mal zulegen. Eine wirkliche Mix-CD ist es ja nicht. Ein bißchen merkwürdig ist das schon, dass von verschiednen Orten jeweils nur ein Track aus den Sets präsentiert wird. So 2 bis 3 hintereinander im Mix von einem Ort wäre vielleicht doch etwas besser und das tollste wäre gewesen, wenn es das auf DVD geben würde. Aber egal, denke das werden tolle Liveaufnahmen sein, ähnlich wie bei der Trentemoeller-Live-EP. die ja leider viel zu kurz war.

Ich denke schon, das sich die CD wie ein kompletter Mix anhört .. ist ja auch technisch kein Problem, wie z.B. die "Tiesto in Concert" oder "Armin Only"-DVDs (sogar mit der weiteren Hürde "Videoschnitt") bewiesen :-)
Edit: So, habe mir gerade die Compi digital geordert .. höre geade rein .. und die Übergänge sind sehr gut gelöst, das ganze hört sich wirklich wie kompletter Mix an :-)
Was übrigens auffällt: Man hört häufig die Crowd(s) im Hintergrund mitsingen, pfeifen, reden etc. - ist aber nicht aufdringlich nervend und stört mich nicht, denn das bringt das "Live-Feeling" gut ´rüber! |
Hmm ich bin da immer son bißchen pingelig und altmodisch was Echtheit betrifft. Wenn man mit technischen Mitteln daran rumproduziert ist es doch eigentlich nicht mehr " RICHTIG " live. Genauso wie ich das auch nicht so schön fand das man bei Armin Only über einige Tracks ne neue Tonspur gelegt hat, weil die Sängerin Fehler gemacht hat. Fehler gehören dazu. 
Aber egal, ich freue mich auf die CD.

nicht nur da! hab' auch einiges davon bei der armada closing auf ibiza gehört...
