Sicherlich ist es schade das diese DjMagTopwahl soviel Einfluß hat, aber ich denke nicht das man aus diesem Grund schwachsinns dj's den vortritt gewähren sollte und sie somit unterstützen sollte.

Ich hab keine Bestätigungsmail bekommen habs dann auch mal mit einer anderen E-mail Addy probiert, aber auch da kam keine Mail an

Ich hab bislang auch keine Bestätigung bekommen...

Die haben wohl Probleme; hab auch zweimal versucht mit unterschiedlichen Mail-Addys und keine Bestätigung bekommen.

Lol, laut Webseite ist ja ein Vote ohne bestätigte Mail ungültig...also im Prinzip alle Da wundern mich die merkwürdigen Ergebnisse nimmer

bei mir ist es auch so...
bin nur bisher davon ausgegangen, dass die email irgendwann kurz vor dem ende zugesand wird um so nochmals mehrfachiges voten vorzubeugen.

Weil sie mich dieses Jahr alle irgendwo live weggerockt haben, dass es nicht mehr besser geht.

Wollte ja erst noch die Disco Boys wählen, aber weiß leider nicht, wen ich dafür streichen sollte!

So ich habe extra mal den Cox abgewartet um die Auswahl zu vergrößern. Im Prinzip könnte ich ach nächste Woche abwarten, denn da bekomme ich noch einige große Namen zu Gehör wohl, aber das wird mir zu knapp. Irgendwie ist so ein Jahr aber auch ganz schön lang. Ich weiß garnicht mehr was letzten Herbst ging, außer die Pommesbudenparty. Naja, habe mal von den vielen DJs die ich gesehen habe 15 ausgewählt denn es ist verdammt schwer dieses Jahr. Niemand der wirklich heraussticht. Nun ja, hier mein Versuch:

14. Mahani -> einer der wenigen guten Local Heroes aus Dortmund
13. John00Flemming -> für seinen unverwechselbaren Stil
12. Woody van Eyden b2b Alex M.O.R.P.H -> trotz der vielen Spielereien mit die beste Trackauswahl und immer gute Laune
11. Özgür Can -> hat mich gut unterhalten, und spielt halt schöne Mucke
10. Carl Cox -> Oh Yes, Oh Yes, Oh Yes... netter Sound und guter Entertainer
09. Ton TB -> irgendwie faszinierte mich sein TE Set. Sehr schöner Style
08. Ferry Corsten -> hat zwar nachgelassen im Vergleich zu letztem Jahr aber bleibt auf hohem Niveau und halt immer etwas fortschrittlicher als die anderen Großen
07. Menno de Jong -> bringt jede Frittenbude zum Kochen. In ein zwei Jahren ist der auf 1!
06. Cosmic Gate -> einfach nur für ihr perfektes Trance Energy Set

05. Sven Väth -> für die Renaissance der trancigen Klänge und seiner "Ausstrahlung"
04. Miss Djax -> für eins der geilsten Technosets, die ich je miterleben durfte
03. Moguai -> für konstant hohes Niveau des Local Heroes schlechthin und für das supporten holländischer Nachwuchsdjs
02. Talla 2XLC -> für die besten Trance-Sets, für seinen Einsatz für die Scene und dafür dass er als einziger noch Komodo spielt
01. Johnny Boy -> für seine krassen Skills in Verbindung mit bester Trackauswahl und für die Monday Bar! Für mich die Überraschung des Jahres

Roberston explained: “This year, I made a decision to investigate votes where the same IP address appeared over 50 times for the same person. The chances of the same person getting voted for by 50 different computers each having been allocated the same IP address within a week would be billions to one.” The biggest DJs at the centre of our investigation were US stars Christopher Lawrence and DJ Dan. Both shared the same marketing manager. “In both their cases, a script was used to bypass our security system,” said Roberston. “Not only did we get multiple votes from the same IP address, but we got multiple votes from multiple IP addresses — in other words, we received in excess of 50 votes from the same IP address on over 20 occasions. Both Lawrence and Dan vehemently denied any involvement in vote rigging. “I take this matter very seriously,” said DJ Dan. “My assistant and I confronted my former marketing manager via telephone. He strongly denied any wrongdoing, but had no credible explanation for the improper voting. Christopher Lawrence, who used the same marketing person this year, reported similar voting problems. When I discovered the common link was our marketing person, I immediately terminated him.” Lawrence’s lawyer Kent Liu said: “My clients are willing to declare under oath that they themselves did not purchase or use a script, nor did they instruct any person in their employ to do so. ”Chinese cheat DJ Tiesmi admitted paying cash for votes. “Tiesmi explained to me that it cost 4000 Yuan (£260) for 100,000 votes. He had paid a software engineer to create a script to by-pass our security code,” said Roberston. “However, it became apparent very quickly that Tiesmi was cheating when he raced to the No.1 spot within hours of the voting starting. “His friend Yutise, who seemed to appear on the same bill as Tiesmi, as the second DJ, was also investigated. He explained that it was not him cheating, but his crazed fans who he had no control over,” said Robertson. “It’s funny though that the world’s biggest DJs, like PvD and Tiësto, don’t seem to have such problems.” More voting irregularities surround the Flash Brothers from Israel — we detected over 1300 votes from the same IP address. They blamed “friends and family”. In a statement to DJmag, they said: “It appears that some of our friends and family simply wanted to surprise us at all costs and help our cause. We certainly do not condone such behaviour. We feel very distraught about this whole affair. We accept full responsibility for this affair but are quite adamant it boils down to sheer stupidity and oversight.” Hong Kong DJ Erick Junior has been dubbed “the fastest cheat in the East” after a four-day avalanche of votes saw him shoot to third position in the poll. Like the others, he has been disqualified. DJmag Editor Lesley Wright commented: “It’s outrageous that DJs should attempt to cheat. It shows a blatant disregard for the Top 100 poll, for DJ Magazine and, most importantly, for their fellow DJs. Shame on them.”

War ja klar, dass das nicht alles glatt abläuft. Die Frage ist nur, seit wievielen Jahren das schon so ist und wer noch alles an den Pranger kommt!

Finde aber gut das da mal darauf geachtet wird und der ein oder andere bekannte Name fällt. Und nicht irgend ein Wicht den keiner nennt. Scheinbar ist die Position in der Liste doch viel wichtiger für DJs als all immer behaupten.
